If you are already running 5.6c and your rigs are not showing GPU temperatures, the easiest fix is to add the command-line option -hstats 2 WebResearched it and found that the answer was to copy the OpenCL64.dll file in the Nvidia directory, rename it as OpenCL.dll and replace the file in the System32 directory.
