The d3d9_wrapper appeared in the config.xml file, but there was no corresponding folder in /addons until I created it. To Reproduce Clean GW2 install Run Addon Manager and mark a plugin to install and update. Observe failure, check gw2al_log.txt file and see it complain about d3d9_wrapper
