On Clip Studio Paint, Monochrome layers don't allow anti-aliasing. So, simply change your layer setting from Monochrome to Color, and anti-aliasing will switch back on. WebI can't remember exactly why it happened, but my only solution was to create a new user on my PC, log into that user instead of the main one I use and open Clip studio on that account and everything works. There's just something wrong/buggy with my main account and Celsys support couldn't help either.
