The build revolves around that legendary, buffing chain heal with high tide, deluge, unleashed life and finally cloudburst totem becouse the other 2 are useless with this build. I have a suspicion in 9.1, 9.2, and beyond they are going to increase the number of legendaries and it will be really good as a second or third choice but you’ll probably regret it as a first.
